In the lecture are presented a series of case studies related to projects created in the last years by Giardini Pensili. Themes:
- the praxis of immersive acoustical environment as an access to archive materials and urban explorations
- the combination of radio and internet as a powerful tool for the creation of customizable home acoustical environment
- the use of spatialization within music-theatre productions also based on the repertoire and classical forms
- the relationship between word and space: the invisible architecture. |

8-channel audio live performance
The piece is based on audio materials from German and Russian radios: news and documents from the last days of the national-socialist era. Voices, noises, dramatical silences, announcements from the Wehrmacht headquartier, the announcement of Hitler's death and the Capitulation. The piece has been premiered on April 1, 2006 at the Deutsches-Russiches Museum Berlin-Karlshorst where the Capitulation has been signed on May 8th, 1945.
